Hi Toan :)
Thank you for asking a caring! That's sweet
We had no troubles at all with Shuttle bus, Plane and bus to the city
center Hanoi.
The Shuttlebus was fine and dropped us off at the domestic departures.
The Vietjet plane was in time and we even landed in-time.
The Bus from the Airport to the CityCenter was quite easy to find. We
took No. 86 as it looked nicer and more reliable for tourists regarding
english speaking staff.
It was great! So easy :) 30.000 Dong
If you want to tell your guest where to find them:
"As soon as you walk out of the arrival Hall onto the taxi-waiting-area
you walk to the LEFT and stay on the ground. Don't go up the stairs.
You will come to a bus-platform where you'll find a sign hanging from
the ceiling that says "86" and some other stuff. Sometimes the orange
86 bus is already waiting, so you can't miss it! It has vietnamese and
english writing on it and the staff speaks a bit english. If the bus is
not waiting there, it will arrive shortly after. You just get on the
bus and you'll see a Display where it tells you the different stops.
BUT you better tell the Driver or cashier where you want to get off,
they will let you know as soon as they reach the stop. Because the
automatic-robot-woman that talks through the speakers is sometimes hard
to understand unfortunately.

Bus ticket

Ask your accommodation in Hanoi where the nearest bus stop is."

And the directions to "17" bus: "As soon as you walk out of the arrival
Hall and step onto the taxi-waiting-area go straight through to the car
park where you should see lots of busses waiting.
Just walk around a bit and you'll find No. 07 and No. 17 waiting to
depart. They look old and a bit dirty :D But it's just 9.000 Dong
regarding my accommodation. But don't expect the drivers to speak
english or point out your stop."
Hope that helps :)
We wish you a great day!!
Thank you for your help
